Do I need to buy a ticket?

The first AFA SINGAPORE 2020 ONLINE can be enjoyed free of charge on Youtube and on animefestival.asia/online2020. Fans can also register for free on animefestival.asia/online2020 for exclusive access to the chatroom and take part in contests and giveaways!

What contents can I access when I register?

Registrants will be able to access content streams, chat functions, and take part in contests and giveaways.

What payment methods are accepted to be able to buy merchandise?

We accept all major credit cards*, as well as PayNow for Singapore residents. PayNow transactions must be paid within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 24 hours for PayNow ticket purchases to be processed. PayNow payments will also close 3rd August 2020 at 23:39 SGT +8 GMT.

* Your bank or credit card company may charge you a small admin fee as well as currency conversion charges.

How do I request a refund for my merchandise?

We regret to inform you that all merchandise sales are final and refunds will not be offered. AFASHOP.co terms and conditions apply.

What shipping methods are available when purchasing merchandise?

Singapore purchases will be shipped by our local courier service for a flat fee of $6.45 (GST included) or can be picked up free of charge from the SOZO office at 12 Tai Seng Link #08-12 S534233.

Overseas purchases will be sent by EZSHIP; an estimated delivery fee will be shown in-cart and upon check-out.
