The distribution rights are held by the organizer. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing on video sites, etc. may result in legal liability.
Shooting and recording with a smartphone, video camera, or video capture software are strictly prohibited for this distribution. If the organizer determines that such an act is necessary, we may ask the cooperation of an investigative agency, such as reporting to the police.
Viewers are not allowed to download and/or duplicate any part of the streaming content. Failing to do so will be considered as a copyright violation on this content and will be regulated in related laws.
The Organisers may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Services due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.
If a stream is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement notice or a Cancellation notice respectively shall be placed on the official website and social media.
Organisers may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, or change stream timings without prior notice.
This performance is only available via online video distribution. Delivery time is scheduled and may change. No ticketing (collection) is required.

Qualifying Entrants

This contest is open only to all registered accounts created in afastation.com. Entrants under the age of thirteen (18) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.

Contest Entries

This promotion is only valid at AFA Singapore 2020 Online.
The Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition is valid from 30 November 2020, 00:00 GMT +8 (SGT) to 15 December 2020, 23:59 GMT +8 (SGT).
Participant entitled to 1 chance per account.
There will be 1 winner ONLY.
Entrants are only eligible for accounts created in afastation.com
Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition submission must be completed in full by the closing date and time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
All entries must be received before 7 December 2020, 23:59 hours (GMT +08:00).
Representatives of SOZO will pick the winner from eligible entries. No correspondence will be entertained about SOZO's decision.
SOZO reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
SOZO has the sole direction to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

Prizes

Entry to the Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition commences on 30 November 2020, 18:00 GMT +8 (SGT), and entry closes on 23:59 GMT +8 (SGT) on 7 December 2020 ("closing date"). Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
Prizes must be collected in person based on the name that was provided by the Winner, or by an authorised representative. The representative must present the authorisation letter from the Winner, and both the Winner’s and representative’s original NRIC or passport at the point of collection.
Postage and shipping of the Prize to an address shall be borne by the winner if the winner is not able to collect the Prize in person. No ancillary products or services in connection with the Prize are included as part of the Prize. SOZO shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the Prize sustained in the course of shipment. SOZO will not be liable if the Prize fails to reach the winner due to the winner's provision of inaccurate or incomplete contact information.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. Value of the prizes may vary; SOZO reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
Prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and SOZO reserves the right to substitute the prizes for its price equivalent where necessary.
The winner of the Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition will be notified by the 17 December 2020 prize notification email. SOZO reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition winner is required to respond within a week from notification date in order to be an eligible winner. The winner that does not respond will be forfeited.
Where applicable, prizes not collected by 31 December 2020 shall be disposed of at SOZO's sole discretion. SOZO's decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding SOZO's decision on the same. The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Contest is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner's part to allow the use of the winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by SOZO for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of SOZO by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Cosplay Singles: AFA Memories Edition, SOZO at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Liabilities

SOZO cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. SOZO is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.
By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against SOZO, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
