After the success of the second season of the TV anime adaptation of Paru Itagaki’s “BEASTARS” — which aired earlier this year, more upcoming episodes will be produced as Netflix exclusives, according to animation producer Orange. More details will be revealed closer to the air date.

In related news, author Paru Itagakui’s newest series “SANDA” will start serialisation on Weekly Shonen Champion No. 34 out on 21st July 2021. “SANDA” is set in a not-too-distant future where declining birthrates have led to serious societal complications. The theme is reminiscent of the social commentary on her previous hit series “BEASTARS”.
