Event Enquiries

Do I need to buy a ticket?

While Day 0 on 30th August is a free event , you will need a ticket to access Days 1 and 2 on 5th and 6th September.

How can I buy a ticket?

Register for an account at afastation.com to be able to purchase tickets. The ticketing page will be online starting 24th August 2020 so do check back soon!

What contents can I access with my ticket?

Ticket holders will be able to access content streams, the online marketplace, and chat functions.

I would like to report a user

We value your feedback regarding the behaviour of fellow fans during the event. Kindly ensure that all information shared is as accurate as possible. Please share screenshots if you can. All reports will be treated anonymously and your identity will not be shared.

Payment Enquiries

How much are tickets?

AKIBA Town Online stream are free of charge upon registration at the afastation.com website.

AFA Station Online Festival Weekend 2-Day Tickets are priced at S$9 and are available until 30th August 2020. Regular 2-Day Tickets are priced at S$12. A $1 handling fee will be charged for each ticket purchased.

What payment methods are accepted to be able to buy tickets and/or merchandise?

We accept all major credit cards*, as well as PayNow for Singapore residents. PayNow transactions must be paid within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 24 hours for PayNow ticket purchases to be processed. PayNow payments will also close 3rd August 2020 at 23:39 SGT +8 GMT.

* Your bank or credit card company may charge you a small admin fee as well as currency conversion charges.

How do I request a refund for my ticket and/or merchandise?

After purchasing the ticket, refunds cannot be made for any reason other than postponement or cancellation of the performance. Performers may be cancelled or changed due to circumstances. We will not refund the viewing fee even if the performers are cancelled or changed, or if the performance ends midway.

We regret to inform you that all merchandise sales are final and refunds will not be offered.

What shipping methods are available when purchasing merchandise?

Singapore purchases will be shipped by our local courier service for a flat fee of $6.45 (GST included) or can be picked up from the SOZO office at 12 Tai Seng Link #08-12 S534233. 

Overseas purchases will be sent by EZSHIP; an estimated delivery fee will be shown in-cart and upon check-out.
